Crop Zone Details can be added to Cropwise Financials, making it simple to keep all your information in one convenient spot for record keeping, regulatory compliance, and reporting purposes. This improves record-keeping efficiency, keeping your crop zone data organized and available in Cropwise Financials reports.
Crop Zone Details
To view Crop Zone Details, navigate to the 1) Properties menu, 2) Select a crop zone in the Farm Field Tree list, then click 3) Details.
After clicking on Details, Crop Zone Information can be viewed and edited for multiple categories including Location, FSA, Regulatory Permit, Legal, Land, Water, and Notes. To make an edit, select the pencil icon.
The Crop Zone Information can be entered within the Edit Crop Zone Info page for each category as needed. Once complete, click Save.
Products
To view All Applied Products for the selected Crop Zone, scroll down past the Field Information section. The All Applied Products section displays the information for all products used on the selected Crop Zone in a Completed Task during the selected crop season. Product information including Date Applied, Applied Area, Application Rate, Cost per Acre, and Total Cost is available.
To view the Completed Task associated with each product for more details or to make edits, click View.
Select on the Fertilizer Summation tab to view a summary of the amount of Nitrogen (N), Phosphorous (P), and Potassium (K) applied per acre in a Completed Task on the selected crop zone.
Select on the Active Ingredient Summary tab to view a summary of the Active Ingredients that have been applied to the crop zone in a Completed Task.
Yield
To view the Yield data for the selected Crop Zone, scroll down past the Crop Zone Information and Products section. Within the Yield Overview tab, a summary of all harvested yield for the selected crop season is displayed.
Within the Yield Loads tab, information such as Crop, Yield Quantity, Sale Info, Source, and Destination is available. To view the full details of a Yield Load, click View.
Crop Zone Cost Analysis
To view Crop Zone Cost Analysis, navigate to the 1) Properties menu, 2) Select a Crop Zone in the Farm Field Tree list, then click 3) Cost Analysis.
The Crop Zone's Contribution Margin will display an overview of the profit for the selected crop season taking into account the Yield Revenue and Input Costs to determine the Net Revenue.
