Recommendations can be created in Cropwise Financials to document a CCA/PCA recommendation or to make suggested applications.
To create a Recommendation, navigate to the 1) Production menu and 2) click Recommendations within the sub-menu. Then 3) select + Create Recommendation.
Navigate through the three main tabs of Details, Properties and Products to complete the Recommendation.
Several required pieces of information are pre-populated with creating the recommendation. Be sure to select the Crop Season to capture on the record.
Under the Properties tab it is optional to select Fields/Crop Zones to capture on the recommendation. The Farm Field Tree can be sorted by Farm or by Crop. Total Applied Acres and Coverage % can also be adjusted for all fields or by individual field.
On the Products tab, start by typing a product name in the search box. Once the results populate, select the desired product by selecting the Green Plus sign. If specific products can not be found by searching, a custom product can be created using the + Create Custom button.
Selecting on the Green Plus Sign will provide a popup window to set the Rate/Area and Unit. Additional options to record the Applied Area and Percentage, Application Method, and Target Pest are also provided.
After adding all the products or services to the recommendation, select the Save button in the upper-right corner.
After saving the Recommendation, select the More Options icon to View, Edit, add Tags, Duplicate, Share or Print, Convert to Task, or Delete the Recommendation.
