If a user enters Notes in the Notes Tile, while scouting on the Protector Scouting app, the entered notes can be reviewed in the Cropwise Protector Web Panel once the data in the scouting app has been successfully synced.
First, navigate to the Notes tab within the web panel, located in the menu on the left side of the screen.
After clicking the notes tab, users will by default see all notes captured within the selected organization and property for the last 30 days. Users can click on a note within the list to expand the note window to review the contents of what was captured.
This expanded note window will include any written note, audio note, images, or tags that were included in the note when it was captured in the scouting app. The map will also zoom in to the location in the field where the selected note was captured.
Users can click the "play" icon to listen to audio notes.
Users can click on specific photos to expand and enlarge the photos for better visualization.
If a user is needing to view notes for a specific date range, a specific tag, or for certain fields, the filter can be used to help sort through the list of available notes.
The filter is located in the top-right corner of the notes section.
Once the user clicks on the filter button, the filter window will generate and the user can begin to make their selections from the filter. Once the selections are complete, click the green Apply button to apply the filters to the Notes list.
Note: If the Cropwise Protector organization also has a Cropwise Imagery license, any Note captured in Cropwise Protector will also be visible in the notes section of the organization on Cropwise Imagery.
