The Products menu contains information related to products used in the organization, including Available Quantity, List Price, and Product label and safety information.
After selecting the Products menu, the Products List will display a list of products that have either been used in a Production record or manually added to the list. Selecting View for a specific product will display additional product information.
The A) Total available quantity is a measurement of Total Invoiced Quantity (Invoices) - Total Applied Quantity (Completed Tasks). The B) List Price is a manually entered cost associated to the product, set by the user.
A list of Invoices and Completed Tasks tied to the selected product are available to view on the Inventory tab. Production Records can be filtered by Crop Season or Start Date - End Date.
The Documentation tab provides label and other documentation, specifically for Crop Protection products.
Selecting a document will open a pdf file that can be downloaded or printed.
The REI/PHI tab will display the Restricted Entry Interval (REI) and Pre-Harvested Interval (PHI) by crop/ sub-crop for the selected Crop Protection product. These values are preset based on the safest values nationwide but can be edited for each crop listed. Additional crops can be added to the product using the Add Crop button.
