The Cropwise Financials app is designed to allow mobility with capturing and accessing data for the organization. It provides decision making throughout the season and provides users with:
- Manage the Farm Field tree, including field and crop zone level details
- Track farm inputs by organization, farm, field, and crop zone
- Record and manage application tasks, recommendations, invoices and yield records
- Monitor weather, rain gauges, and commodity prices
The Cropwise Financials app can be found in the Apple app store and used on an iPhone or iPad with version 16.0 or later. The app can be also be used offline and by multiple users who have access to the organization. While the app will sync Properties, Records and Organization details, some functionality is device specific, like Rain Gauges, Commodities and Weather location settings.
After installing the app, the next step is signing in with the Cropwise user name and password. Once signed in, choose the Organization name and then select the Crop Season to sync.
A recent change in 2025, to help with syncing speed, now allows users to sync a single crop season instead of the entire organization history. All historical crop seasons are available to sync within in the app.
To save on space, the app only syncs one organization at a time. When switching between organizations the user is prompted that data will be removed for the previous organization.
