Assessments that have been created within the Cropwise Sustainability app can be duplicated to simplify the setup and completion of additional assessments to save time and ensure data quality and consistency. All qualitative questions (Yes/ No, select all that apply, etc.) will carry over, leaving only the quantitative questions (Input and Output related) to be answered.
An assessment can be duplicated whether it is still in progress or has been fully submitted. To begin duplicating an assessment, Select the arrow within the assessment box.
Within the Manage assessment section, select Duplicate.
The assessment details from the original assessment will pre-populate into the duplicated assessment. Confirm your choices for the new assessment and finalize the assessment details by clicking Confirm and Finish.
Once the assessment has been created, select Start assessment questions to be directed to where you can begin responding to the assessment questions.
The new assessment will be displayed within the In Progress section and will be available to be completed.
