Using the AgVend customer portal, growers or retailers can create a Cropwise account for AgriEdge customers. This Cropwise account can be used to set up a Cropwise Financials organization where a customer can create their farm field tree, manage their applications, track profitability and product usage, record yield data, run reports for audits or regulatory compliance, and much more. Cropwise Financials has an integration with AgVend to import invoices to speed up tracking product purchases to associate cost to crops on fields for tracking ROI.
To get started creating the Cropwise account, navigate to the AgVend website. Log in using the AgVend user name and password.
Once logged in, navigate to the Clients page and select on the client. On the Client's page, select on the Summary tab at the top of the page, then choose Client Profile.
On the Client Profile Page, scroll to the bottom of the page. Once at the bottom of the page, on the Cropwise banner, select Create a New Account. This will trigger an account to be created and an email to be sent to set a password for the new account.
The first email will confirm that the retailer has created the account for the grower with information on setting up the account.
The second email email will be from Cropwise to set a password. Once it is set it will direct the user to the Accounts page. The next step is to contact the AgriEdge Specialist or the Syngenta Digital Success team to apply a product license for the user. To contact Syngenta Digital Success call 270-435-4369.
