When using the Cropwise Sustainability app to work with a Sustainability Partner to report on-farm sustainability metrics, a Partner will need to be selected. If the correct partner is not selected, the Cropwise Sustainability Assessment cannot be submitted properly.
Note: There is an opportunity to review the partner selection and other assessment setup information before submission.

Once on the Add your sustainability partner page, select the Partner option.
There are two ways to add your Sustainability Partner:
Scan the QR Code that was provided to you by your Sustainability Partner using your phone's camera.
Type the Code that was provided to you by your Sustainability Partner.
Enter the five-character code corresponding to your specific Sustainability Partner. For this example, a demo code not tied to an actual partner will be used. Click Add Partner to continue.
After scanning or typing the partner code, Confirm your partner.
If your Sustainability Partner requests that you select a Sub-Partner when creating your assessment, enter the Sub-Partner Name and Confirm. If not, Skip Sub-Partner.
After the Sustainability Partner has been added, continue with the rest of the assessment setup process.
Once complete, the Confirm your choices screen will display all assessment setup information, providing an opportunity to make any changes before finalizing the assessment details and clicking Confirm and Finish. The assessment has now been created and tied to your Sustainability Partner!
