Plant health images within Cropwise Explorer can be downloaded for further analysis, or to enhance zone creation for variable rate applications.
How can I download images from Cropwise Explorer?
• Whole-Farm Images
• Field-Specific Images
Downloading Whole-Farm Images
To download the whole-farm image, first select the desired date within the image list.
After finding the desired image, Open the image list, select the Download this image icon, and then choose the desired Image File Type.
Image File Type Definitions | |
| Tiff | Contains the Plant Health image and underlying georeferenced data to allow for additional analysis outside of Cropwise Explorer. |
| Tiff (Visual) | Contains the RGB or Visual image and underlying georeferenced data to allow for additional analysis outside of Cropwise Explorer. |
| JPEG | Compressed image file with the Plant Health image with no background or georeferenced date, optimal for keeping records or sharing with others. |
| PNG | Compressed image file with the Plant Health image with no background or georeferenced date, optimal for keeping records or sharing with others. |
After selecting the desired image type, a success message will appear.
Once the file is ready to download, the Notification icon will display an alert.
Inside the Notifications menu, the image file will be available to Download to the computer.
Downloading Field-Specific Images
To download the field-specific image, first select the desired date within the image list.
Next, Right-Click on the desired field, open the Download field image menu, and select the desired Image File Type. After selecting the desired image type, a success message will appear, and the file will begin downloading directly onto the computer.
