The Products tab allows users to view and/or edit information related to products used on the operation, including product inventory and available quantity, list price, corresponding invoices and completed tasks, product REI and PHI, as well as the product label. There is a lot of information that can be entered and viewed on this tab that can be imperative to keeping precise farm records.
After selecting Products in the menu, a list of products will appear in a list view. The products visible in the list are populated either by the user manually adding the product to the list or if the product was used in a plan, recommendation, task and/or invoice. Selecting View for a specific product will display additional details. Custom fertilizers and services can be created on the Products page as well.
The Available Quantity is a measurement of Total Invoiced Quantity (invoices) - Total Applied Quantity (completed tasks). The List Price that is displayed is a cost associated to the product, set and entered by the user. A list of all invoices and completed tasks tied to the selected product will be available to view on the Inventory tab by selecting it from the filter.
The Documentation tab provides label and other documentation only for crop protection products.
Selecting on the documents listed, will produce a pdf copy that can be printed or shared.
Selecting on the REI/PHI will display the Restricted-entry Interval and Preharvest Interval by crop for the selected crop protection product. These values are preset based on the safest values, but can be edited for each crop listed. Additional crops can be added to the product, using the Add Crop button.
