To send user permissions to a Cropwise organization, click the Settings icon and select Invite Members.
Note: This process is only available to those who are a Workspace Owner or Organization Administrator to a Cropwise organization.
Step 1 - Members
Type or paste the e-mail address of the member(s) to be invited, choose their Starting Point, and then select Next.
Step 2 - Locations
Cropwise user permissions can be granted to all organizations within a A) Workspace, B) specific Organization(s), or C) specific Farm(s).
To invite a user(s) to all organizations within a Workspace, select the user(s) and drag into the All Organizations box. This user will receive Owner permissions.
To invite a user(s) to a specific organization(s), select the user(s) and drag into desired Organization(s) box. This user will receive Administrator permissions for the entire Organization.
To invite a user(s) to a farm(s), select the user(s) and drag into desired Farm box. Additionally, a member can be invited to multiple farms by selecting Assign to multiple locations. This user will receive Administrator permissions for the selected Farm(s).
After inviting the user(s) to the desired locations, select Next in the lower-left corner.
Step 3 - Permissions
Members that are invited to the workspace (all organizations) are assigned Owner permission. Members that are not invited to all organizations are assigned Administrator permission by default. If changes are needed, those can be made in this step by dragging an option within the Assign or replace with... section to the new member's permissions. Once all members have been assigned to the correct locations and permissions, complete the process by selecting Save.
After saving the permissions, a confirmation message will appear, if Administrator permissions were granted. Complete the process by selecting Confirm.
After successfully managing the user permissions, select Invite more users to start the process over or Back to complete the process.
If the invited user already has a Cropwise user account, then that user will have permission automatically granted to begin using Cropwise Imagery for the organization at imagery.cropwise.com.
For a user who does not have a Cropwise user account, they will receive an email to Sign up for an account to be able to access Cropwise Imagery.
