Growers across the country are required to keep records of the field information on their operation for a variety of reasons, one reason being regulatory compliance and reporting. Users can view a summary of details for individual fields on Cropwise Financials where all the information is easily accessible in one location.

Farm Details
To view farm details, users must first select a farm from the farm field tree list. Then, click on the Details tab located above the farm field tree.
After clicking on Full Details, users can enter, view, and edit the farm information for multiple categories including Location, FSA, Regulatory Permit, and Notes.
To enter or view the farm details, click on the pencil edit icon located in the top-right corner of the screen.
Users can then scroll down on the edit info page to continue entering information for each category as needed. Once the desired information has been entered, click on the green Save button, in the lower-right corner of the screen.
Field Details
To view field details, users must first select a field from the farm field tree list. Then, click on the Details tab located above the farm field tree.
After clicking on Full Details, users can enter, view, and edit the field information for multiple categories including Location, FSA, Regulatory Permit, Legal, Land, Water, and Notes.
To enter the field information, click on the pencil edit icon in the top-right corner of the section.
Users can then scroll down on the edit info page to continue entering information for each category as needed. Once the desired information has been entered, click on the green Save button, in the lower-right corner of the screen.
Along with being able to enter and view field details, users can also see additional information for that field such as a list of Applied Products and Crop History.
To view the Applied Products on the selected field, within the field summary, scroll down on the screen past the Field Information section. Once at the Applied Products section, users can view the applied products, the date applied, area and crop applied, application rate, cost, as well as jump to the specific application to edit or take a closer look at the application details.
*It's important to note that ONLY COMPLETED TASKS will be visible in the Applied Products section of the field summary details.
If the user continues to scroll down the screen, they will see the Yield data for that selected field. They have the option to look at the overview of the yield information for the crop zone or specific load details. To view that information, click on either the Overview or Loads tab.
If the user continues to scroll down the screen, they will see the Crop History for that selected field.
Cost Analysis
Users are also able to see their contribution margin broken down for either the field or the cropzon level. First, select on the field or cropzone in the farm field tree. Then, click on Cost Analysis, located at the top of the farm field tree. The Contribution Margin will then appear displaying the Yield Revenue, Input Costs, And Net Revenue.
